Where to send the copy of a laboratory requisition's results, as typed onto the form.
Overview
Free text on one line, not an Address. It is the address line of the printed copy-to block,
preserved as a single string. It is not parsed into parts, not validated, and not matched against
any location or organization record.
Independent of the name. It appears only when the address box was filled in, so an address with no accompanying name -- or a name with no address -- is ordinary rather than an error.
At most one, alongside at most one name. The printed form prints one copy-to block. A repeat would be a widening of this element and is not available today.
It is on the order, and only on the order. Like the copy-to name, it is not echoed onto the
DiagnosticReport the requisition produces, and nothing in FHIR records that a copy was sent.
