Which kind of note, or which kind of summary, for Composition.category.

The document CLASS -- note, summary or letter -- is a separate and coarser question, lives on Composition.type, and uses nexus-emr-composition-classification. This set is the finer axis underneath it: a progress note is LOINC 11506-3, a generated day-sheet summary is nexus-daysheet-summary.

This set contains the three class codes too, so repeating the type code on category always validates. A producer with no finer kind than the class may do exactly that, or may leave category absent.

Bound preferred, weaker than the class binding on purpose. LOINC's document axis is large and this set does not enumerate it; a producer holding a more precise code should use it rather than fall back to a coarser one to satisfy a binding.
