Identifies Nexus EMR prevention catalog entries. Codes are stable kebab-case catalog keys minted by the Nexus prevention catalog module (the app is the source of truth for content; phase 1 is a static list drawn from Oscar Pro defaults). The coding display carries the catalog Description. The 'Health Canada Type' shown in the UI is a display attribute of the catalog entry, NOT the code — this system is EMR-local and implies no Health Canada governance or endorsement. Downstream consumers should treat these codes as local/raw codes per the rawCode pattern; standard terminology slices (SNOMED CT CA / DIN) are a phase-2 commitment.
