What one section of a document clinically is -- for Composition.section.code.
Not the document's code. LOINC supplies both document and section codes and they are
indistinguishable in form: 34109-9 "Note" types a DOCUMENT and does not belong here. The document
level is Composition.type (the class) and Composition.category (the refinement under it).
Bound extensible: a section kind this set does not name is still conformant, but a code from
the document axis is not, which is the mistake this binding exists to catch.
The codes are the C-CDA on FHIR / IPS section vocabulary, restricted to what primary care actually produces.
