HL7 Patient Request for Corrections task types, carried as an optional additional coding on
Task.code alongside the Nexus worklist category.
Two codes: a request to correct a record, and a request to log the patient's disagreement with a refusal. Adopted from the international guide rather than minted locally so that a correction workflow is legible outside this estate.
