Identifies an Ontario Service Location Indicator (SLI): the code naming the physical site at which a service was rendered, which Ontario billing submissions carry on the claim header. Assigned by the Ontario Ministry of Health as part of a site's billing registration; this specification neither mints nor validates the values. A Location carrying an identifier under this system is a site an Ontario claim can be submitted against, which is why the Invoice profile reaches a Location by reference rather than repeating the raw code on the bill. No canonical is published upstream for this authority, so this specification names one; the URI is stable and is pinned in stored Identifier.system values.
