NexusEmrPreventionSite Naming system

Identifies the administration-site picklist values recorded by the Nexus EMR prevention form. A picked value is written as a coding on Immunization.site beside site.text, and this is that coding's system. Codes are NOT enumerated: the picklist is static app content and the app is the source of truth for it, so an enumeration here would be a snapshot that drifts. A code is the picked label lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed to a single hyphen, and the coding's display carries the label as the form shows it. THE SITE IS TWO AXES, and this is the part to read carefully: a body area and an orientation are written as TWO codings under this system inside ONE Immunization.site.coding array, the area first and the orientation second, while site.text collapses the same two in the opposite order (orientation then area, for example 'Left Superior Deltoid'). A consumer that reads coding[0] as 'the site' has the area alone. A picked value of Other or Unknown writes NO coding: Other still contributes to site.text, Unknown contributes to neither, and a site whose only picked axis was Unknown leaves no element at all, so an absent coding does not mean an absent pick. EMR-LOCAL: this system implies no external governance, and consumers should treat values under it as local/raw codes per the raw-code pattern. The Immunization profile leaves site unbound and no standard terminology slicing (SNOMED CT) is claimed by the profiles today; a standard coding carried beside the raw one is a later-phase commitment. The URI is stable and is pinned in stored Coding.system values.
