Where to send the copy of a laboratory requisition's results, as typed onto the form.
Free text on one line, not an Address. It is the address line of the printed copy-to block,
preserved as a single string. It is not parsed into parts, not validated, and not matched against
any location or organization record.
Independent of the name. It appears only when the address box was filled in, so an address
with no accompanying name -- or a name with no address -- is ordinary rather than an error.
At most one, alongside at most one name. The printed form prints one copy-to block. A repeat
would be a widening of this element and is not available today.
It is on the order, and only on the order. Like the copy-to name, it is not echoed onto the
DiagnosticReport the requisition produces, and nothing in FHIR records that a copy was sent.
May be used to represent additional information that is not part of the basic definition of the element. To make the use of extensions safe and manageable, there is a strict set of governance applied to the definition and use of extensions. Though any implementer can define an extension, there is a set of requirements that SHALL be met as part of the definition of the extension.

There can be no stigma associated with the use of extensions by any application, project, or standard - regardless of the institution or jurisdiction that uses or defines the extensions. The use of extensions is what allows the FHIR specification to retain a core level of simplicity for everyone.

The definition may point directly to a computable or human-readable definition of the extensibility codes, or it may be a logical URI as declared in some other specification. The definition SHALL be a URI for the Structure Definition defining the extension.
