Identifies an Ontario RMA (Reciprocal Medical Association) / group billing number: the identifier an Ontario claim carries when the billing provider submits under a group billing arrangement rather than individually. Assigned by the Ontario Ministry of Health; this specification neither mints nor validates the values. Absent for providers who bill individually, which is why the slice carrying it is optional. Distinct from the OHIP billing number (NamingSystem/on-ohip-billing-number), which identifies the practitioner rather than the arrangement -- a practitioner may carry either, both or neither.
