The lifecycle states a Nexus clinical task may be in: draft, ready, accepted, in-progress,
on-hold, completed, cancelled. A required-bound subset of R4's TaskStatus. These are MEANINGS and
not a path -- any state may follow any other. rejected is deliberately absent: a declined
proposal is cancelled, with Task.statusReason saying that a human declined it rather than
that it became moot.
