Matching a test to its\nbox by the printed wording would mean an edit to the form's copy silently stops a box being ticked,\nwith nothing failing anywhere. The box identifier is stable; the printed label rides along only as\nthe coding's `display`.\n\n**The list is closed against one revision of one form.** Producers write only codes from this list,\nso it is the complete set a consumer can encounter. It is nonetheless the vocabulary of a single\nrevision of a provincial requisition: a revised form is a new version of this artifact. A consumer\nreading across versions should tolerate a code it does not recognise.\n\n**Two absences are deliberate.** Vitamin D has no code here: the form prints no box for it, and the\ninsured / uninsured choice is itself the order, recorded as a form answer. The hepatitis codes\napply only once the section's check-one category is \"Immune status\"; the acute and chronic choices\nare likewise recorded as form answers rather than as ticked boxes. Finding neither here is not a\ngap.",
